Although the road is cleaned in cases of bad weather, due to the high altitude we advise you in the winter to use either snow tires or to have snow chains with you just in case.
Are there gas stations in the area?
You will find gas stations in Neos Agios Athanasios Village as well as in Arnissa.
Does the guesthouse have parking?
Our guesthouse has a small parking on site. If there are no available parking spaces, you can park shortly at the hotel for loading and unloading your luggage and then park at the free parking on the the entrance of the village 100m. from the guesthouse. Direct bookers have priority on our parking.
Are snow chains necessary in winter?
Can I reserve a table at your restaurant?
Yes of course. Upon your booking you can contact us for a reservation on our restaurant. We would be happy to reserve you a table.
Is there an ATM ( automated teller machine) in the village?
Unfortunately in the village there is no ATM for withdrawing money, so it would be useful to have some cash with you. Nevertheless you can use your card for transactions in the restaurants, our hotel as well as in other shops of the village.
How far away is the Voras-Kaimaktsalan Ski Center?
The ski center is only 16 km from our village.
Is there a supermarket in the village?
Two mini-markets operate at the village. The next super market is in Arnissa.
Are pets allowed in the hotel?
Unfortunately for operational reasons (specialised cleaning of the rooms etc), we do not allow pets to stay in the rooms of our guesthouse.
